Important Details

Order cutoff time:Β For same-day processing, please place your order before 3:00 PM (GMT+01:00, Central European Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Delivery days:Β Delivery and processing are done Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are not included in these deadlines.

Shipping Carriers:Β We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.Β 

Exceptional Delivery Times:Β During periods of high demand (sales, holidays), delivery times may be slightly extended.

Shipping area: We ship to countries across Europe.

Tracking your order:Β Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time through our dedicated page:Β TRACK MY ORDER.Β If you don't receive a tracking number within 2 business days, please contact us at info@lowona.com.

Other Shipping Information

Address Change:Β If you wish to change your delivery address,Β please contact usΒ as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours after placing your order, atΒ info@lowona.com . After this period, changes are normally not possible.

Unclaimed or Refused Packages:Β If a package is returned to us because it hasn't been accepted or picked up, we may deduct a processing fee (maximum $8.95) from the refund.Β Please also read our return policy.

Cancellation Policy

If you request to cancel your order after it has been placed, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

Why this fee applies:
Orders are processed immediately after purchase. This creates non-refundable costs such as payment processing, order handling, inventory reservation, and international logistics preparation.

If your cancellation is approved, 85% of the purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note:

  • The 15% fee applies only to customer-initiated cancellations.

  • No fee will be charged if the cancellation is due to our error (defective, incorrect, or unavailable items).

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned under our standard return policy.

Customs duties and taxes

All orders are shipped from outside the European Union. Customs duties and import taxesΒ are not includedΒ in the product price or shipping costs. These additional costs must be paid by the customer directly to the relevant authorities at the time of delivery.
